Cancellation Policy 

Beginning January  2022

All memberships/packages will have a 3 month contract. 

 Memberships can be cancelled or will auto renew monthly. 

 Packages and memberships may be cancelled between the next renewal, however all cancellation requests must be submitted handled in studio.

Cancellation is only allowed up tp 1 week prior to your credit/debit card processing date. All plans and monthly memberships require a minimum of one-week written notice prior to next billing date to assure cancellation of automatic payments. Cancellation requests submitted within the one-week billing cycle cannot be guaranteed that payment will not come out of your account. It is your responsibility to handle cancellation before next billing date. There will be no refund issued once a payment has been charged to your credit card, however you will be able to still use the facility etc. until your current plan is over..  This applies to ALL Memberships and Packages.

Refund policy

Classes

All classes are non refundable. Classes can be cancelled online through our booking app. Payments made can't be transferred to future classes so please book accordingly.

Special Events

All events are non-refundable unless it is cancelled or the date is changed. Payments made can't be transferred to future classes so please book accordingly.

Deposits

All deposits made for private events. bookings are non refundable. Deposits CAN be transferred to future dates upon owners availability.
